We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who can take ownership of our mobile technology and help us build a reliable, scalable, high-quality healthcare product used by thousands of women.

About the Role

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will take end-to-end ownership of the development, architecture, performance, stability, and continuous improvement of the Miror mobile application across Android and iOS.

You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, Medical, and Business teams to translate requirements into high-quality mobile experiences.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. We are looking for someone who can write excellent code, make sound architectural decisions, solve complex technical problems, review code, mentor developers, and take ownership of releases and production issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the technical development and architecture of the Miror Flutter application across Android and iOS.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions.
- Lead features end-to-end — from technical discussions and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring.
- Build and enhance key user journeys including:
- User onboarding
- OTP authentication
- Personalized care plans
- Doctor discovery and consultation booking
- Video consultations
- Community and social feeds
- Health and symptom tracking
- E-commerce and payments
- Rewards and Tiara dashboard
- Push notifications and engagement journeys
- Define and maintain clean architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Make appropriate technology and architecture decisions for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs including payments, video consultation, chat, analytics, notifications, and other services.




- Implement robust state management using solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, startup time, rendering, and overall app stability.
- Monitor and resolve production issues using tools such as Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics.
- Own and manage Google Play Store and Apple App Store releases, including versioning, deployment, and release processes.
- Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for mobile application releases.
- Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high engineering standards across the team.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Flutter developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure efficient API design and integration.
- Ensure appropriate security and privacy practices when handling personal and health-related data.
- Stay updated with Flutter, Dart, Android, iOS, and mobile development best practices.
- Contribute to technology strategy and the long-term evolution of Miror's mobile platform.
- Additional responsibilities will be added over time based on business and technology requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7–10 years of overall software/mobile development experience.
- Strong professional experience building and maintaining production-grade Flutter applications.
- Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, including application architecture and performance optimization.
- Proven experience launching and maintaining applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong understanding of Flutter internals, including:
- Widget lifecycle
- Rendering
- Isolates
- Platform channels
- Performance optimization
- Strong experience with state management such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
- Excellent understanding of REST APIs, authentication, OTP flows, tokens, sessions, and API error handling.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase services including:
- Firebase Authentication
- FCM
- Crashlytics
- Analytics
- Remote Config
- Experience integrating payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, or similar.
- Experience with video calling, real-time communication, chat, or other third-party SDK integrations.
- Strong knowledge of local storage solutions such as Hive, SQLite, SharedPreferences, and offline-first approaches.
- Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review processes.




- Experience with CI/CD and mobile release automation.
- Strong understanding of mobile application security, deep linking, push notifications, and app permissions.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently own technical decisions and deliver projects with minimal supervision.

Technical Leadership Expectations The ideal candidate should be able to:

- Take ownership of the overall Flutter codebase and technical quality.
- Identify technical debt and proactively improve the application.
- Establish coding and architectural standards for the mobile team.
- Review technical designs and development approaches.
- Break down complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor developers and improve the overall capability of the engineering team.
- Work closely with Product and Business teams and challenge requirements when necessary from a technical perspective.
- Balance speed of delivery with scalability, reliability, security, and code quality.

Nice to Have

- Experience in HealthTech, FemTech, Telemedicine, or healthcare applications.
- Experience working with applications handling sensitive personal or health information.
- Experience with video consultation SDKs such as Agora, Twilio, 100ms, or Zoom SDK.
- Native Android development experience using Kotlin.
- Native iOS development experience using Swift.
- Experience with Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Backend knowledge in Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of API design and backend architecture.
- Experience with complex animations, custom painters, and pixel-perfect UI implementation.
- Experience building community/social applications.
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
- Experience managing or leading a small mobile engineering team.
