About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Firmware Engineer with strong experience in microcontroller-based systems and embedded product development.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and wants to contribute to safety-critical aviation technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and optimise firmware for ESP32 and STM32 platforms.
- Design and execute firmware testing and validation plans.
- Debug and improve embedded-system performance and reliability.
- Identify technical risks and schedule impacts.
- Contribute to firmware architecture, scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate within Agile teams.
- Maintain technical documentation in Confluence.




- Manage source code using GitHub.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on embedded firmware development experience.
- STM32 — mandatory
- ESP32 — preferred
- NXP / nRF or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++
- Experience with RTOS, communication protocols and hardware interfaces.
- Proven embedded product firmware development experience.
- Safety-critical or avionics-grade development experience highly preferred.
- LVGL familiarity and DSP experience are a plus.

- Have 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Are available for immediate joining
- Are willing to relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
