Reporting to : AVP- Finance and Accounts

Role Summary

This role supports mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, technical accounting, due diligence and compliance for the Group both in India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Prepare quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Income Tax and the Companies Act.

- Liaise with statutory and internal auditors.

- Prepare board and investors PPTs.

- Handle technical accounting matters including Income taxes, PPEs, business combinations, leases,

impairment and financial instruments.

M&A;:





- Evaluate acquisition opportunities.

- Perform financial due diligence and valuation analysis.

- Prepare financial models.

- Assist with documentation from a finance perspective.

- Prepare Investment Committee presentations.

- Support post-merger integration.

Qualification &

Experience:

- CA with 3+ years of experience.

- Big 4 experience combined with Corporate M&A; experience will be an advantage.

- Ind AS

- Advanced Excel

- SAP
