Senior Process Manager Description We are seeking a Senior Process Manager to join our dynamic team at eClerx Services Ltd. In this role, you will manage and optimize finance operations across various critical functions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Your leadership and mentorship will be instrumental in guiding teams to achieve SLA and KPI targets while continuously enhancing process efficiency.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in client communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and resolving operational issues, implementing process improvements, and supporting automation initiatives. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end finance operations across AP (P2P), AR (O2C), and R2R processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance and support to achieve SLA and KPI targets. Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Handle client communication and stakeholder engagement, maintaining high service quality.



Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Implement process improvements and support automation projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and controls. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance operations.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in finance operations, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
