Key Responsibilities

- Lead facade design development from concept through to construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent and performance criteria are met.
- Develop and review detailed 2D drawings, system details, and mock-ups.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and sustainability goals.
- Provide technical guidance to junior designers and drafters.
- Evaluate facade materials, systems, and assemblies for technical performance and aesthetics.
- Support site team during installation with technical advice and shop drawing reviews.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture,



Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facade design, preferably in large-scale commercial or high-rise projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Solid understanding of facade systems (unitized, stick, curtain wall, cladding, etc.).
- Knowledge of structural behavior, thermal performance, waterproofing, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASTM, BS, EN, local codes).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with international teams and projects is a plus.
