HyFun, a leading brand in frozen food in India with exports to more than 50+ countries, is seeking to strengthen its Marketing Team . We are looking to fill the Executive or Senior Executive Trade Marketing position based in Ahmedabad .

Position/Profile Title: Executive or Senior Executive Trade Marketing

Grade: Executive or Senior Executive

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Location : Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Essential Area of Expertise:

- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution, maintain reports, documentation and execution tracker
- Trade marketing (Support the team in marketing operations)
- Competitor tracking
- Coordinate and execute on-ground activations, sampling & promotional initiatives
- Vendor management including coordination, execution and follow-ups
- Verbal and written communication skills

Desired Area of Expertise:

- Trade marketing
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
- Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving ability.

Critical/Special Exposure:

- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Foodservice or related industries will be preferred.
- Exposure to customer complaint handling and customer service processes.
- Exposure to trade marketing, BTL activities, market activation or on-ground marketing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a combination of Customer Support + Marketing Coordination experience will be preferred.

Purpose of the position: The role will be responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing initiatives along with managing customer queries,



complaints and service requirements . The incumbent will work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities, customer engagement, market feedback and timely resolution of customer concerns.

The role will involve a combination of customer support, trade marketing coordination, market activation, and on-ground execution .

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Customer Care: Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Trade Marketing: Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives, marketing operations, POSM, and BTL activities.
- On-Ground Activations: Coordinate and execute sampling, activations, and promotional initiatives across markets and channels.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors/agencies for quotations, execution, follow-ups, documentation, and timely closure of activities.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain customer complaint reports, marketing activity trackers, execution reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Execution & Follow-up: Manage multiple activities simultaneously, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Communication: Maintain solid verbal and written communication for effective coordination with customers, internal teams, vendors and external partners
- Problem Solving: Take a customer-centric approach to identify issues, provide solutions, and ensure effective closure.
