- Manpower planning and budgeting.
- Finalizing the Organization structure.
- Succession planning for Leadership , managerial and critical positions
- Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Campus branding and campus placements.
- Designing and launching the Internal Job posting process. Managing internal job transfers
- Preparing and maintaining the repository
- Ensuring on boarding of manpower in line with the launch plans.
- Ensuring quality of recruitment.
- Ensuring an optimal sourcing mix.
- Implementing the application tracking system and generating reports
- Responsible for the identification, contracting and management of vendors that supplement recruitment needs.
- Preparing and developing recruitment material- eg brochures and further particulars.
- Screening application forms and short listing applicants.
- Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels.
- Managing the employee reference proces

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates Education

- Management Degree with specialization in Human Resources from a reputed institution

Experience Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

- 3-6 years of relevant work experience
