Role & responsibilities

- Production Planning &
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal manufacturing units and third party vendors to plan, schedule, and execute production volumes aligned with sales forecasts and business requirements.

- Inventory Monitoring &

- Supply Management: Routinely track raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory levels. Optimize stock coverage to mitigate stock-out risks while avoiding high holding costs.

- TPM Coordination &

- Follow-ups: Actively drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and progress tracking. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply constraints, monitor machine utilization, and ensure standard operating guidelines are followed.

- MIS Reporting &

- Operational Support: Compile, analyze, and present timely Management Information System (MIS) reports concerning production KPIs, inventory health, order fulfillment rates, and operational variances to facilitate prompt executive decision-making.
