Here is the gist: This is not a conventional recruitment desk role. This is a strategic position centered on Market Development and Institutional Partnerships. Your core mission will be to map the Bangalore/ Kerala teacher talent ecosystem and forge strong, lasting alliances with colleges, universities, and placement officers to build robust teacher talent pipelines.

What they are looking for:

✅ 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales,



EdTech Partnerships, or College Outreach.

✅ A deep, innate understanding of the Bangalore/ Kerala education landscape.

✅ Proven ability in market mapping, networking, and cold outreach.

✅ Comfort traveling extensively across Kerala.

✅ Malayalam fluency is strongly preferred.
