Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Senior Executive – Front Desk to manage front office operations and support day-to-day administrative activities. The role involves visitor management, travel coordination, vendor management, office administration, employee engagement support, and maintaining administrative records to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

> Manage front desk operations, visitor handling, incoming calls and meeting room coordination. Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations and guest hospitality.

> Maintain office administration, housekeeping and facility-related activities.
>
> Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance and AMC services.
>
> Maintain pantry, stationery and first aid inventory.
>
> Process utility bills, employee conveyance and overtime claims.
>
> Maintain administrative MIS, trackers and documentation.
>
> Manage courier services and office correspondence.
>
> Support employee engagement activities,



celebrations and internal events.
>
> Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks and compliance with company SOPs.
