We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive in Finance to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess solid financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvoicing & Revenue Operations

- Own the end-to-end high-volume invoicing lifecycle, ensuring zero-error standards, compliance with enterprise contracts, and strict adherence to statutory requirements, especially during month-end.
- Identify process gaps and implement workflow improvements to strengthen invoicing efficiency, internal controls, and stakeholder experience.

Statutory Compliance & Financial Reporting
- Manage and ensure complete compliance with statutory regulations, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Provident Fund (PF).
- Monitor, analyze, and maintain MIS for financial statements, prepare invoices, perform account reconciliations, and generate financial reports.
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Financial Management & Governance
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to maintain overall financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Implement effective internal controls to safeguard assets,



manage financial risks, and ensure the integrity of transactions and records.
- Execute day-to-day financial operations and assist in driving corporate financial policies.

Candidate Profile & SkillsMust-Have Skills:
- Core Accounting Systems: Tally (Extremely Hands-on).
- Spreadsheets & Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Domain Experience: 2–4 years of experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, or core finance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter or similar qualification preferred).
- Statutory Knowledge: Hands-on working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and statutory tax procedures.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Zoho accounting tools/modules.
- Prior experience working within the banking sector or handling bank operations.

Soft Skills & Competencies:
- High attention to detail and zero-error execution mindset.
- Proven ability to manage month-end pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills for resolving billing, reconciliation, and ledger issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with stakeholder management capabilities.
