Key Responsibilities

- Daily Funds Management,including parking of temporary funds with MF for associate entities
- Investment activities (MF & FD)
- Borrowings and related documentation (CP)
- Loan Documentation & Covenant monitoring
- Maintenance of Investment registers & ensuring other compliances
- Monitoring of performance of Investee entities and preparation of monthly performance report
- Credit Rating monitoring & preparation of data
- Bill Discounting & LC issuance & Confirmation
- Bank Guarantee issuance, confirmation and monitoring
- Other Treasury activities
- Accounting and audit for all above activities

Who are we looking for?

Education

- MBA (Finance)

Experience

- 5+ years experience in Treasury activities

Skills:

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- SAP(FICO), S4 HANA (desirable)
