Key Responsibilities Develop Training Materials: Design, create, and maintain training manuals, presentations, process guides, and other instructional content aligned with company processes, policies, and business objectives.

Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and hands-on training programs for current hires and existing employees to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

Deliver Voice, Accent & Communication Training: Conduct voice and accent training sessions focused on pronunciation, articulation, intonation, grammar, active listening, and professional communication skills to meet client and business expectations.

Facilitate UK Culture & Customer Service Training: Train employees on UK culture, workplace etiquette, customer behavior, regional nuances, and cultural sensitivity to enhance customer engagement and service excellence.

Evaluate Employee Performance: Assess trainee understanding, knowledge retention, and application through assessments, quizzes, call evaluations, practical demonstrations, and feedback sessions.

Monitor Process Adherence: Observe employee performance and adherence to established processes, identifying knowledge gaps and areas requiring additional coaching or reinforcement.

Update and Optimize Training Content: Regularly review and enhance training materials to reflect process updates, policy changes, quality requirements, and industry best practices.

Support Process Improvements: Collaborate with process owners, operations teams, and stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend training interventions that improve productivity and performance.

Generate Reports and Insights: Track training effectiveness, employee progress, certification status,



and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
