Key Responsibilities

- Provide advice on product labels, marketing initiatives, advertising, product communication, promotions etc.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and commercial documents.
- Advising on day-to-day operational and business issues and on compliance with applicable laws
- Coordinating with business and other teams to obtain necessary information and documents on behalf of the Legal team.
- Drafting legal notice and replies, power of attorneys, affidavits.
- Assisting in industry association related work.
- Assisting in knowledge management including updating legal databases

Qualifications & Key Skills

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Law
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking with a strong desire to learn
- Good drafting and analytical skills, commercial acumen, and time-sensitivity.
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
