- Assist his/her Reporting Manager in supervising daily operations of organization
- Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services in all the departments mentioned in the competencies
- Address operational issues and concerns on time
- Help operations team on best practices, hospital policies and service excellence standards.
- Maintain the facility clean, protected and organized
- Investigate patient/visitor concerns and implements appropriate courses of action under the supervision of HOD.
- Take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention, including interpretation and administration of hospital policy and work rules
- Generate operational reports for management as needed periodically.
- Communicate issues identified by front line staff to appropriate administrative team related to new administrative or departmental initiatives keeping all HOD in loop.
- Take regular part in all training and drills conducted by Hospitals

Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.
