The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Executive – Teacher Relations & Operations who can be the bridge between our teachers, internal teams, and operational ecosystem .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that operational excellence translates into a seamless experience for both our teachers and learners.

You’ll work closely with a large network of teachers, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and aligned with Artium’s processes and expectations.

What You’ll Own

? Teacher Relationship Management

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our teacher community.
- Manage relationships with a large group of 150+ teachers , understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with Artium’s expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact for teacher-related concerns, queries, and operational requirements.
- Create a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented environment for teachers.

⚡ Escalation & Issue Management





- Identify, assess, and manage teacher and operational escalations based on defined escalation criteria.
- Take end-to-end ownership of issues and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
- Ensure clear communication, action tracking, and closure of escalations within agreed timelines.
- Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend process improvements.

? Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day teacher operations and ensure adherence to defined processes and SLAs.
- Monitor operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Academic, Customer Experience, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.

? Teacher Calendar & Slot Management

- Manage teacher calendars, availability, and slots effectively.
- Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal teacher utilization while protecting the learner experience.
- Proactively identify scheduling challenges and work towards effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in Teacher/Faculty Operations, Academic Operations, Customer Success, Relationship Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, or similar people-centric roles.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.




- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
- High ownership and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRMs, HRMS/ERP systems, Google Workspace, and operational dashboards .
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
