Key Deliverables:

1. Handle programming, troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi as applicable).
2. Operate and maintain, parameter setting, fault diagnosis, performance optimization of VFD & other Drives
3. Attend and resolve machine breakdowns with minimum downtime with improvement in MTBF and MTTR.
4. Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical and automation systems to improve uptime and OEE.
5. Good understanding of electrical systems, panels, and wiring diagrams.
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & manuals.
7. Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA for recurring issues.
8. Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure critical spares availability.
9. Maintain and update ISO documentation, maintenance records, SOPs,



checklists, audit compliance for internal and external audits.
10. Coordinate with production and quality teams for continuous improvement.
11. Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills and Experience: Knowledge of PLC programming software and HMI systems

Hands-on experience with industrial drives and control panels

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of electrical drawings and schematics

Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001& 45001)

Positive presentation, MIS & interpersonal skills
