Responsibilities Basis Operation

- A strong and proven knowledge in BASIS architecture
- Should have strong experience in SAP ECC, PO, SOLMAN,CLOUD ALM and SAP hana administration
- System Stability & • Performance~ Monitor and maintain day-to-day SAP application stability; perform preliminary analysis on performance degradation, dump analysis, and provide application-level fixes.

- Interface & • Communication Management~ Troubleshoot IDoc processing failures, manage and configure RFC destinations, and monitor message flows within SAP PI/PO (including L2 issue analysis).

- Experience in system DB refresh and kernel upgrades
- Transport Management System (TMS)~ Oversee transport movements, analyze and resolve stuck transports, and ensure smooth transport sequencing across the landscape

- Printer management (install, modification, troubleshooting etc.)
- SAP batch job management (create, modify, monitor, troubleshooting etc.)
- PO monitoring and troubleshooting from basis perspective (inflow/outflow messages)

- Cloud & • ALM Integration~ Manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) configurations purely at the ECC application level for integrations,



and maintain SAP Solution Manager (including enabling and configuring system monitoring).

- Optimization & • Continuity~ Perform database object archiving for memory optimization

- Operational Automation~ Leverage scripting or automation skills to streamline routine Basis checks, transport movements, or monitoring tasks as we shift toward AI-driven IT operations
- SAP marketplace management (S-user account creation, OSS connection, diagnosis etc.)

- Conduct/coordinate DRP drill with outsourcer
- Support for internal/external audit

Authorization Management

- Authorization Troubleshooting~ Conduct L2 analysis on user authorization failures and security-oriented issues raised by the business.

- Outsourcer Coordination~ Act as the internal bridge with our security outsourcer (who owns role creation/modification tasks) by providing them with analyzed requirements and subsequently moving the resulting security changes through the transport landscape.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP security management
- SAP user creation/modification

- SAP user lock/unlock
- User role assignment
- Segregation of duty audit(LSF)

SAP project support

- Support Valeo SAP projects in addition to application maintenance

Other

- Strong communication skills to lead and drive drive topics independently




- Monthly dashboard reporting
- Vendor (infrastructure outsourcing) communication and support SAP infrastructure related activities

- Business Criticality Mindset~ Maintain a structured approach to assessing incidents by evaluating their impact on supply chain and operational continuity; prioritize troubleshooting for bottlenecks or IDoc failures based on their urgency to the business.

- Stakeholder Coordination~ Exceptional communication skills to gather requirements from business users, translate them into technical briefs, and coordinate efficiently with external outsourcers for L3 fixes.
- Analytical Thinking~ A structured approach to preliminary incident analysis—knowing exactly when to apply an application-level fix and when to escalate to the infrastructure outsourcer.
