Role: Senior Endpoint Security Engineer – Trellix

We're looking for an experienced Senior Endpoint Security Engineer with strong expertise in Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS), Trellix EDR, and ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in endpoint security management, threat detection, incident investigation, security policy administration, and endpoint compliance.

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) and Trellix EDR

✅ Strong expertise in Trellix ePO (ePolicy Orchestrator) administration and management

✅ Experience in threat detection, investigation, alert triage, and incident response

✅ Hands-on experience configuring security policies, exclusions, dashboards, and endpoint controls

✅ Strong knowledge of endpoint security monitoring and event analysis

✅ Experience with agent deployment, upgrades, health monitoring, and troubleshooting

✅ Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, server administration, and endpoint security controls

✅ Strong understanding of endpoint compliance and cybersecurity best practices

✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage Trellix ePO and enterprise endpoint security environments.
- Deploy, configure, upgrade, and monitor Trellix ENS and Trellix EDR agents across endpoints and servers.
- Configure and maintain endpoint security policies, exclusions, rules, dashboards, and security controls.
- Monitor and analyze endpoint security alerts, events, and suspicious activities.
- Investigate malware detections, endpoint threats, and security incidents.
- Support threat detection, investigation, containment, and incident response activities.
- Perform endpoint health monitoring and troubleshoot agent, policy,



and communication issues.
- Manage endpoint security compliance and identify gaps across the environment.
- Support malware analysis and investigation of suspicious endpoint activities.
- Generate and maintain security dashboards, reports, and operational metrics through ePO.
- Work closely with SOC, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and other technical teams to resolve endpoint security incidents.
- Ensure endpoint security configurations align with organizational security policies and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proactively identify and resolve endpoint security issues with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Security, Cybersecurity, or Security Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Trellix ENS and Trellix EDR.
- Robust experience with Trellix ePO administration and management.
- Experience in endpoint threat detection, investigation, alert triage, and incident response.
- Strong understanding of Windows endpoints and servers.
- Experience managing endpoint agents, policies, exclusions, upgrades, and health.
- Knowledge of malware analysis and endpoint security controls.
- Experience with endpoint compliance management and security monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with security and infrastructure teams.
