About Kimon

Kimon is an MNC based in the UK with a remote delivery team in India. We run two things side by side.

Kimon Services is the business that pays the bills. We build and run managed teams for global clients, handle Employer of Record work, and increasingly wrap AI and automation around client operations.

The Kimon Ecosystem also includes eight B2B SaaS products, all built in-house:

- KimonBids, bid and tender management.
- KimonRecruit, applicant tracking with AI-generated skills testing.
- KimonProjects, project management for SMEs.
- KimonTime, time tracking and workforce analytics.
- KimonComply, compliance management across 14 domains.
- KimonDesk, AI native helpdesk.
- KimonTeams, pre-built AI agents with enforced human quality control.
- KimonSend, low-cost email marketing on the customer's own Amazon SES.

The products are built. The strategy is set. What we do not yet have is a repeatable marketing engine that delivers. That is the job.

The role

This is not a brand building role This is about getting results from direct marketing. This is our first proper marketing hire, and it is a hands-on one.

You will not inherit a team, an agency roster or a large budget. You will inherit eight products, a services business with real customers, and a founder who will give you room to work. Your first year is about proving that you can acquire SaaS customers at an unbelievably low cost and keep the services pipeline hot. The quicker you do that, the quicker the budget and the team follow.

You will be marketing two very different models:

- Kimon Services, a relationship-led B2B services business selling to Global SMEs. Success is booked meetings and a repeatable pipeline.
- The SaaS platforms, self-serve and low touch. Success is paying customers at a world-class cost per acquisition.

This role is judged on commercial impact, not vanity metrics:

- Profit generated from marketing
- Cost per lead and cost per acquisition
- Lead-to-sale conversion rates




- Paid media ROI
- Content output, performance, and audience growth

Almost everything you produce will be read by a UK audience. Your written English has to be excellent, sound British, and evoke positive emotional responses from a Western audience.

What you'll own

- Demand generation. The only real priority. Fill the funnel for both Services and SaaS and keep it full.
- Acquisition economics. Own cost per customer and payback period. Report them honestly every month, including when they are bad so we can fix them.
- Product marketing. Market Positioning, messaging and launch for eight SaaS platforms.
- Brand and narrative. This is already in place but needs to be maintained. One credible story across a services business and a SaaS portfolio, not nine disconnected ones.
- Content and channels. Websites, SEO, email, paid, social, outbound support. You will do all of it yourself at first, using AI tools to supercharge productivity.
- AI leverage. We build with AI, and we expect marketing to run the same way. You will be provided the tools and then will be expected to produce the output of a team of four on your own initially.

What success looks like in your first 12 months

- You demonstrate daily that marketing is the perfect mix of art and science.
- A repeatable engine that books qualified meetings for Kimon Services every month.
- Paying customers, continually acquired for KimonBids and at least two other platforms, with an astonishingly low cost per acquisition.
- A working acquisition model with real numbers behind it, good enough to plan and forecast from.




- A explicit brand and positioning across the portfolio that the whole company uses.
- Documented and detailed playbooks so the next three marketing hires that you make to build out your team can pick them up on day one.

Who you are

- 5 to 10 years in hands-on B2B marketing, with meaningful time in demand generation and provable success with Direct Response Marketing. Agency experience is fine if you have owned outcomes, not just deliverables.
- You have marketed to UK, US or European B2B buyers and understand how they read, buy and object differently to an Indian audience.
- Excellent written English in a British tone. This is not negotiable, and we will test it.
- Demonstrable success with B2B SaaS direct response marketing, including self-serve funnels, trials, onboarding and activation.
- Numerate. You can build and defend a cost-per-customer and payback calculation without being asked twice.
- AI native. You already use AI tools daily to multiply your own output.
- A self-starter who is fine with a standing start, a small budget and no one to delegate to yet.
- Basic design and video skills, or know how to drive AI tooling to create great output that evokes positive emotional reactions.

Nice to have

- Experience as an early or first marketing hire at a startup.
- Marketing experience in BPO, staffing, outsourcing, procurement or compliance.
- Hands-on with Apollo, Google Analytics, Search Console and similar.
