Role Description The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure to support VoxyHealth’s AI voice platform. This full time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves building and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and optimizing system performance and reliability.

The role includes working closely with software engineering teams to improve release processes, implement Infrastructure as Code, and ensure consistent environments across development, staging, and production.

The Senior

DevOps Engineer will also manage Linux-based systems,



monitor production environments, resolve incidents, and contribute to security, compliance, and observability best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including scripting or programming in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Continuous Integration practices and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Candidates should possess System Administration and Linux skills, including managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Linux-based production environments.
- Relevant experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) is advantageous.
- Understanding of security, networking, and compliance in cloud-native environments, preferably in healthcare or other regulated industries, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and several years of DevOps or SRE experience in high-availability systems are preferred.
