Provides leadership, oversight and Team Management to the Alliance / Partnership group. Oversees team efforts to identify and develop key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities. Recruits, develops and manages strategic alliances / partnerships and opportunity pipelines.

Ensures account retention, growth and customer satisfaction. Recruits new alliances / partnerships. Evaluates program performance and trends and works collaboratively across DN Product, Marketing and Sales organizations to enhance business and financial performance.

Monitors competitor activity and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
