JOB TITLE: Senior DevOps Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Bangalore, India

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Summary:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the CI/CD pipeline infrastructure and release automation for the Agent Development Squad, aligned to the Azure stream. This is the engineering backbone that every squad depends on to ship, covering build, test, security scan, and deployment pipelines across an AI agent platform migrating from on-prem to Azure. You will work closely with the Principal Cloud/Azure Platform Engineer and squad engineers to design pipelines that account for AI-specific deployment requirements, including model versioning, Langfuse trace routing, and confidence threshold deployments.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain multi-stage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps covering build, automated testing, security scanning, staging, and production deployment gates.
- Own Terraform pipeline workflows, including plan/apply automation with approval gates for infrastructure provisioning.
- Manage Docker image build pipelines, Azure Container Registry, and image vulnerability scanning.
- Own Helm chart packaging, versioning, and deployment automation into AKS across multiple environments.
- Manage environment configuration for dev, staging, and production parity, including feature branch deployments and per-environment secret management via Azure Key Vault.
- Integrate Pytest and Playwright test suites into pipeline quality gates.
- Design rollback procedures and deployment approval workflows aligned with SOX change management requirements.
- Collaborate with the Agent squad on AI-specific pipeline requirements,

including model version deployments, Langfuse instrumentation, and agent configuration changes.

Who You Are Kubernetes, Helm and CI/CD - Primary Gate:

- 6+ years of DevOps engineering experience with deep hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Helm.
- Kubernetes at production level, covering cluster operations, workload deployment, namespace management, RBAC, resource quotas, rolling updates, and troubleshooting.
- Helm for chart authoring, versioning, values management, and deployment automation for multi-environment Kubernetes workloads.
- Multi-stage CI/CD pipeline design covering build, automated testing, security scanning, staging, and production deployment gates; Azure DevOps strongly preferred.
- Docker image build pipelines, registry management, image scanning, and optimization.
- Git branching strategies including trunk-based development, branch protection policies, and release tagging.
- Workplace management covering dev/staging/production parity, feature branch deployments, and secret isolation.

Azure Exposure Required:

- Working experience with Azure in a production or near-production context, covering AKS, Azure Container Registry, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor. Azure certification is not required.
- Terraform for infrastructure provisioning as part of CI/CD,

managing plan/apply workflows with approval gates.
- Azure Key Vault for secrets management integrated into pipeline and runtime contexts.

AI-Native Mindset

- Understands that AI agent deployments have requirements beyond standard application deployments, including model version management, LLM observability routing, and confidence threshold configuration.
- Able to design pipelines that accommodate AI-specific deployment artefacts and validation steps.

Nice to Have

- GitHub Actions as a secondary pipeline tool alongside Azure DevOps.
- GitOps patterns using ArgoCD or Flux for Kubernetes workload delivery.
- DAST/SAST tooling integration with Snyk, Checkmarx, or equivalent.
- SOX change management process integration in release pipelines.
- Azure certification, with AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert) preferred.

What You'll Learn & Gain

- End-to-end ownership of the CI/CD backbone for a live AI agent platform, where pipeline reliability directly affects every squad's ability to ship.
- Hands-on experience designing pipelines for AI-specific deployment requirements, a discipline that is still being defined across the industry.
- Exposure to a full Azure-native infrastructure stack, including AKS, ACR, Key Vault, and Monitor, in a platform undergoing active cloud migration.
- Collaboration with Principal Platform Engineers, squad engineers, and QA to build release processes that meet both engineering velocity and SOX compliance requirements.

Interested candidates are requested to share their updated CVs at [email protected] for further consideration.
