Role Description The Senior Detailer is responsible for preparing accurate and coordinated structural detailing drawings and models for steel, cold-formed steel, timber, aluminum, and precast elements. In this full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, the Senior Detailer will work partly from the office and partly from home, collaborating with engineers and project managers.

Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design documents, producing shop drawings and fabrication details, checking and reviewing drawings for quality and compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design and detailing issues.

Detailer will also support scheduling,



documentation, and adherence to project standards and timelines, while mentoring junior detailers and contributing to continuous improvement of detailing processes.

Qualifications

- Strong structural detailing skills for steel, cold-formed steel, timber, aluminum, and precast elements, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in relevant CAD/BIM and detailing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit, or similar tools) and familiarity with industry detailing standards and codes.
- Experience coordinating with structural engineers and fabricators, including resolving RFIs, clashes, and constructability issues.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to review and check drawings for accuracy, and solid documentation and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, including mentoring junior team members and working in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s or diploma-level qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field), with prior experience as a Senior Detailer or equivalent role.
- Experience working on international projects (USA, Middle East, Europe) and familiarity with relevant regional standards is an advantage.
