Senior Data Engineer

We are hiring two strong data engineers with a software engineering mindset to modernize and scale our data platform.

Responsibilities

- Refactor and optimize legacy SQL Server data warehouse
- Build scalable pipelines on Azure
- Implement CI/CD, testing, and modern engineering practices
- Design modular, maintainable data systems

Core Skills

- Solid SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning, architecture)
- Hands-on Azure experience (SQL Database, ADF, ADLS)
- Experience with dbt for transformations
- Python for automation
- Strong SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS skills
- Experience with Git and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)

Engineering Expectations

- Clean, modular, and testable code
- Strong refactoring and system design capabilities
- Ability to treat the data platform as a software product

Nice to Have

- DP-203 Certification
- Terraform or Bicep
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or lakehouse architectures
