Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team.

Manage and support production data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues.

Optimize SQL queries, Airflow DAGs, and data workflows.

Ensure smooth production deployments and change management.

Implement automation and process improvements using Python and SQL.

Required Experience

10+ years of Data Engineering experience.

Strong expertise in Google BigQuery, Airflow, Python, SQL Server, Hadoop, and Data Lake.

Experience with GCP-based data pipelines and production support.

Hands-on experience with data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Valuable to Have

Knowledge of Kimball Data Warehouse methodology.

Experience with Salesforce data integration.

Experience working with global/offshore teams.
