? About the Prospect

Join our admissions team working on banking career programmes from BML Munjal University, a Hero Group initiative, and become a key part of helping young graduates build careers in the banking and financial services industry.

This is not just a counselling role — you will be a Career Advisor, Relationship Builder and Growth Driver.

? What You’ll Do

- Connect with prospective candidates through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand candidates’ career goals, academic background and aspirations.
- Counsel candidates on suitable banking career programmes.
- Explain programme structure, eligibility, career opportunities, fees and admission process.
- Convert qualified leads into applications and enrolments.
- Follow up consistently with prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly admission.
- Coordinate with assessment, interview and operations teams to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and parents throughout the admission process.
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience from lead → counselling → application → admission.

? What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and sales/counselling ability.




- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with prospects.
- Target-oriented with a strong achievement mindset.
- Ability to understand candidate requirements and recommend the right programme.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools / WhatsApp communication.
- Comfortable working from the Gurugram office.

Experience Preferred

Candidates from Admissions, Education Counselling, EdTech, Inside Sales, BFSI Sales, Tele-sales or Career Counselling backgrounds will be preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also be considered.
