Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Senior Counsellor at Ananta Careers' Vadodara center.

The Senior

Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our digital marketing academy offerings, understanding their aspirations, and recommending suitable courses. The role involves providing detailed course information, addressing inquiries, following up with potential candidates, and supporting their enrollment process.

Counsellor will ensure an exceptional experience for students while meeting enrollment targets through effective communication and professional integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Experience in customer service, client handling, or student counseling
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to guide students towards informed decisions




- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a target-driven and team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Education
- Passion for education and digital transformation

Overview of role responsibilities, performance expectations, growth path, and subsequent evaluation stages.
- Demo Tele-Calling Activity

You will make a demo call to a prospective lead from any one persona:

Student / Homemaker / Working Professional / Entrepreneur / Freelancer

Objective : Convince the lead to schedule a Walk-In Centre Visit.

- Demo Counselling Session (Walk-In Simulation)

Conduct a counselling session for the same persona.

Focus areas include need analysis, course recommendation, objection handling, and closure approach.

- Mock Presentation

You will review and share the official brochure as part of the counselling flow.
- A mock counselling/presentation to assess clarity, structure, and confidence.
