Role: Senior Costing Manager (JD for Manpower Consultants reference)

Primary Purpose of this role is to:

- Estimate project costs accurately before bidding or proposal submission.
- Control project budgets during execution.
- Improve profitability through effective cost planning and value engineering.
- Monitor material, labour, and sub-contractor costs.
- Support management in commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities: Pre-Tender Cost Estimation:

Calculate material, labour, subcontractor, logistics, and overhead costs.

Develop pricing strategies for quotations and tenders.

Quantity Surveying and BOQ Management:

Budget Planning & Cost Control:

Vendor & Procurement Cost Analysis:

Value Engineering:

Stakeholder Management:

Job Specifications:

- Experience of 2-4 years in commercial interior projects mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, and tendering.
- Positive command of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
