Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer / Content Strategist with 7+ years of professional experience, particularly in e-commerce, B2B technology, product storytelling, and conversion-focused content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, customer journeys, buyer psychology, and conversion principles. You should be comfortable creating content that not only communicates a product or solution clearly but also supports brand positioning, lead generation, sales, and business growth.

Experience or interest in 3D Product Configurators, Visual Commerce, Digital Twins, CAD-related industries, or emerging retail technologies will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality, persuasive, and conversion-focused content for websites, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling product descriptions, feature explainers, solution pages, industry pages, and sales collateral for B2B and e-commerce clients.
- Develop content that clearly communicates product value, business benefits, use cases, and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, design, and technical teams to create proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Translate complex technical concepts such as 3D Configurators, Visual Commerce, Digital Twins,



CAD technologies, AI, and interactive product experiences into simple, engaging, and benefit-driven content.
- Adapt content and messaging for different audiences, including technical decision-makers, business leaders, D2C brands, e-commerce businesses, and industrial clients.
- Conduct research on e-commerce, D2C, retail technology, visual commerce, 3D technology, and emerging digital trends.
- Develop thought-leadership articles and industry-focused content to strengthen brand authority and market positioning.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, tone, grammar, and content quality across all communication channels.
- Edit and proofread content created by other contributors when required.
- Apply SEO best practices, including keyword usage, content structure, on-page optimization, and search intent.
- Create content for outbound campaigns, cold emails, sales sequences, and lead-generation initiatives when required.
- Stay updated with developments in e-commerce, digital commerce, AI, 3D technology, visual commerce, and emerging retail technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in Content Writing, Content Strategy, Copywriting, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, customer journeys, buyer personas, and conversion-focused content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.




- Experience creating content for B2B businesses, technology companies, e-commerce brands, or SaaS/technology products.
- Strong research, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to adapt writing style and messaging for different audiences and business objectives.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales, marketing, design, and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of content structure, readability, audience engagement, and business-oriented storytelling.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating published work such as blogs, website content, landing pages, case studies, product content, or sales collateral.

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with 3D Product Configurators, Visual Commerce, Digital Twins, CAD, or 3D visualization technologies.
- Experience writing for jewelry, furniture, manufacturing, industrial, architecture, real estate, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
- Experience creating cold email campaigns, outbound messaging, or sales sequences.
- Experience working with technology products or explaining complex software solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, Generative AI, 3D, Digital Twins, and interactive product experiences.

What We Are Looking For: We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply writing content and understand why the content is being created, who it is targeting, and what business outcome it needs to achieve.

The right candidate should be a strong researcher, storyteller, and strategic thinker who can turn complex products and technologies into clear, compelling, and commercially effective content.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
