Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the store environment is elegant, welcoming, and inspiring.
- Cultivate a deeply personalised client experience that blends hospitality, education, and styling.
- In-store events and styling sessions in collaboration with the brand team.




- Report on store performance and customer insights .
- Assisting customers in their jewellery selection and purchase journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop post-purchase communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty according to company standards.
- Work with the larger Tamannaah Fine Jewellery team to define and refine store processes and standard operating procedures

Skill Set:

- Clienteling & relationship-building
- Visual merchandising sensibility
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM and retail POS systems
- Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution ability

Experience Required:

- 5+ years in luxury retail or fine jewellery
- Strong fashion, styling, or hospitality sensibility
