Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients, and develop strategies to grow the firm’s market presence. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with the design and project teams to align offerings with client requirements. The role involves market research, competitor analysis,



and participation in networking events to strengthen the company’s brand.

The Business Development

Manager will also track sales performance, manage a sales pipeline, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with experience in building and growing a portfolio of clients.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategic plans to expand business opportunities in interior design or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capability to translate client needs into transparent proposals and agreements.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and project coordination simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, project management, and operations to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant professional experience in interiors, real estate, architecture, or design services is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, with readiness to attend client visits, site meetings, and industry events as required.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing or social media outreach to support lead generation and brand visibility.
