Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) – TCL Distribution

Alps Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to strengthen and expand our TCL distribution business in Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, dealer development, and channel management within the consumer electronics, IT, or home appliances industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the TCL dealer and retailer network in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase market reach.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Drive secondary sales by supporting channel partners with regular market visits and business development initiatives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct dealer meetings, product promotions, and in-store activation programs.
- Ensure timely collections and effective credit management.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, inventory availability, and timely deliveries.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Consumer Electronics, IT, Home Appliances, TV, or Distribution.
- Experience in dealer/channel management and territory sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
