This pivotal role will involve overseeing and optimizing our entire operations process, ensuring the effective, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of logistics services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics, a knack for managing large-scale teams, and a passion for process improvement.

As a Billing Executive , you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading and developing a team of operational staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple functions in the company. You will work closely with senior leadership to meet strategic goals and ensure a seamless supply chain and logistics operation.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain billing records and MIS reports
- Reconcile client/vendor accounts
- Handle GST billing and compliance
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams
- Robust use of MS Excel for data analysis and reports

Skills Required:

- MS Excel Expert
- Knowledge of billing cycles & GST
- Attention to detail and deadline-driven
