Turner Construction Company is looking for experienced BIM Engineers and Architects to work along with the team on BIM implementation, digital project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination for international construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring model quality, driving coordination between stakeholders, to deliver projects in line with client and Turner standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), BIM standards, processes, workflows, and project procedures.
- Establish and manage the Common Data Workplace (CDE) such as BIM 360/ACC, where applicable.
- Define BIM responsibilities, deliverables, and information exchange requirements for project stakeholders.
- Conduct BIM model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards, including LOD requirements.
- Lead design coordination and clash detection using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Run clash tests, prepare clash reports/logs, coordinate resolution with consultants/contractors, and ensure a clash-free coordinated model.
- Organize and chair BIM coordination meetings and follow up on clash resolution and model updates.
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and BIM models to ensure consistency with the coordinated design.
- Support the project team with BIM workflows, data exchange, model coordination, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with the Client, BIM consultants, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders on BIM deliverables and coordination.
- Extract model information such as quantities, schedules, and project data as required.
- Prepare BIM progress reports, presentations,



and clash detection reports on a fortnightly basis.
- Support 4D/5D BIM for project progress, sequencing, quantity, and cost tracking.
- Ensure approved design/construction changes are incorporated into the BIM model and re-coordinated.
- Review and validate the as-built BIM model against redline drawings and site updates.

Educational Qualification
- B.E Civil, B.Arch. / M.Arch.
- Relevant BIM certification will be an added advantage.

Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, BEP, LOD, CDE, coordination, and clash detection.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
