The Role: Senior Backend Developers – Java | Spring Boot | Microservices

Location: Bengaluru Development Centre

We are looking for experienced Senior Backend Engineers with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, distributed systems and enterprise integrations . You will help build and scale the backend of a global, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform , while using modern AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development speed, quality and innovation.

What You’ll Own

- Build scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot .
- Design Microservices, REST APIs and distributed systems .
- Develop enterprise integrations with ERP, Payroll, communication platforms and third-party APIs .
- Strengthen performance, scalability, security and reliability .
- Work on analytics, reporting and data-intensive services .
- Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.
- Participate in architecture and code reviews and mentor engineers.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring and documentation.

Core Technical Skills





- Java 8/11/17+ • Spring Boot • Microservices • REST APIs • Distributed Systems • System Design • Design Patterns • SQL / MariaDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL • Docker • Kubernetes • CI/CD
- Positive exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ, API gateways, event-driven architectures, MongoDB, cloud-native systems and enterprise integration frameworks will be valued.
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS, analytics/reporting platforms or large-scale enterprise applications will be a strong advantage.

Additional Advantage Exposure to Python, Angular, AI/ML applications, HR Tech, ERP, CRM, Workforce Management or enterprise SaaS products .

Qualifications

- 4–10 years of backend/product engineering experience.
- B.E./ B.Tech /M.Tech /MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering from reputed Institutes.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and enterprise product development .
- Sound understanding of architecture, scalability, databases and SDLC.
