Morae Global seeks technically solid, client-focused people who deliver high-quality eDiscovery solutions. We are looking for a Relativity Developer / Automation Engineer to develop, customize, automate, and support workflows across Relativity, SQL, Python, and related eDiscovery platforms.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Relativity, Python, SQL, APIs, automation, reporting data pipelines, and eDiscovery workflows. This person can turn business requirements into working technical solutions, support production jobs with clear runbooks, and communicate risks, issues, and handoffs across India, the US, and South Africa.

Roles and Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Relativity Server and RelativityOne solutions that support eDiscovery workflows and client requirements.

Create and maintain Relativity Scripts, workflow automations, validations, and platform extensions such as Event Handlers, Agents, Custom Pages, and Relativity Applications.

Work with Relativity objects, fields, choices, saved searches, layouts, views, workspace configuration, APIs, and integrations.

Design, test, deploy, document, and support technical solutions with clear rollback steps and support notes.

Database & SQL Development

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot T-SQL against large eDiscovery matter and reporting databases.

Build and maintain stored procedures, functions, views, and database scripts.

Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation before data reaches clients, dashboards, or reports.

Prepare reliable datasets for Power BI dashboards, operational reports, client deliverables, and reporting warehouse tables.

Python Automation & Data Engineering

Write production Python for scheduled API extracts, reconciliations, load file conversions, cleanup jobs, and reporting support tasks.

Build ETL pipelines that move platform data into SQL Server staging and reporting tables with logging and exception handling.

Use PowerShell where it fits better than Python for Windows and server-side automation.

eDiscovery Technology & Workflow Support





Work with Operations, Project Management, Processing, Review, and Client Services to clarify requirements, confirm acceptance criteria, and deliver technical solutions.

Support common eDiscovery data types, including PST, OST, NSF, Microsoft Office documents, RSMF, Slack, Teams, Zoom, and structured and unstructured data.

Apply working knowledge of metadata, load files, document fields, productions, and review workflows.

Support automation across Relativity, RelativityOne, Nuix, DISCO, Everlaw, and adjacent eDiscovery tools.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Monitor scheduled jobs and applications, investigate failures, complete root-cause analysis, and document fixes.

Communicate technical issues, impact, next steps, and proposed solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Work across cloud and on-premises environments.

Cover Bangalore hours with US morning overlap and provide handoffs that include status, blockers, owners, and next steps.

Documentation & Collaboration

Write technical documentation, solution specs, runbooks, workflow diagrams, and deployment instructions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.

Own assigned tasks and complete deliverables within agreed timelines.

Experience and Requirements

3+ years of experience in Relativity development, scripting, eDiscovery technology, application support, automation engineering, or software development.

Hands-on experience with Relativity or RelativityOne, including workspace configuration, objects, fields, saved searches, layouts, views, and workflows. Required.

Experience developing Relativity Scripts and automating eDiscovery workflows, validations, reporting tasks, and operational processes.

Strong SQL and Python skills for database development, automation, API integration, scheduled jobs, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting support.

Experience with REST APIs,



Relativity APIs, .NET/SDK integrations, authentication, retries, error handling, and logging.

Strong understanding of EDRM, processing, review, productions, metadata management, document fields, and load files.

Experience with document review platforms, cloud and on-premises environments, source control, large datasets, data validation, and release control.

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, escalation judgment, written English, and client-facing communication skills.

Ability to work with limited supervision, manage competing priorities, and flag scope or quality risks early.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

Relativity Certified Administrator, Relativity developer certifications, or comparable platform credentials.

C#/.NET, PowerShell, Power BI, DAX, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or other web development experience.

Experience building Relativity Event Handlers, Agents, Custom Pages, and Applications.

Experience with Nuix, DISCO, Everlaw, or other platforms.
