Senior Associate Financial Services.

Qualification: Graduation (Only BE/B.Tech), Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM Preferred).

Responsibilities

- Relationship Management: Actively manage relationships with Large Corporates, Fintech entities including TPAPs, Cobrand Partners, Merchants (NBFC, Retail) and aligning them with NPCI strategic objectives.

- Ecosystem Enablement: Support the Onboarding, enablement, and scaling of mapped Partners by ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness, and lifecycle support.

- Business Growth Support: Drive UPI and Rupay adoption within the mapped Partners. Identify and unlock new opportunities through market insights, collaborative projects, and innovation-driven partnerships.

- Key Initiatives: Develop and help implement payment strategies for the clients. Contribute to pilot project execution, and stakeholder alignment across the ecosystem.

- Compliance and Regulatory Support: Ensure partner adherence to applicable regulatory and operational guidelines in coordination with internal compliance teams, enabling protected and scalable fintech operations.

Skills and Experience Required

- Ability to drive agenda at CXO Level engagement internally as well as externally.

- Deep Understanding of Digital Payments Ecosystem:



Robust hands-on knowledge of payment rails (UPI, cards) settlement flows, reconciliation processes, fraud/risk controls, and API-based integrations. Ability to articulate architecture and identify optimization opportunities.

- Regulatory Compliance Expertise (Tech-Driven): Working knowledge of RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS standards, data privacy frameworks, and ability to translate regulatory requirements into system controls, dashboards, and audit-ready processes.

- Experience building interactive dashboards in Superset/Power BI with strong data storytelling.

- AI Automation Capability: Proven ability to leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, Canva, etc.) for Automating workflows, generating insights from datasets, creating structured business presentations.

- Problem Solving Solution Design: Ability to break down ambiguous problems into scalable, tech-enabled solutions, including designing process flows, data pipelines, and automation strategies.
