About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Calicut office. The ideal candidate will be CA Inter qualified with completed articleship and a solid foundation in audit, accounting, taxation, and compliance. This role involves leading day-to-day operations, mentoring junior team members, coordinating with senior professionals, and interacting directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and review the work done by junior team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Train, guide, and mentor junior associates and articled assistants on accounting, audit, and compliance tasks
- Coordinate with seniors and partners to ensure smooth execution of assignments and timely deliverables
- Interact directly with clients to understand their requirements, resolve queries, and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in the finalization of accounts, audit documentation, and statutory filings
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations under Income Tax, GST, and the Companies Act
- Support in preparing MIS, reconciliations, and other analytical reports as required

Compensation Salary as per industry standards with incentives applicable based on delivery, performance, and client feedback.
