About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Python and Generative AI, complemented by a robust foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Transformer-based architectures.

This is a highly hands-on role that requires operating as a strong individual contributor while also demonstrating the ability to lead at a solution level. The individual will collaborate closely with CPOs and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact technical solutions.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of features and solutions from problem definition and model development through to API design, cloud deployment, and performance optimizationensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI systems.

What you’ll do

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Translate business problems into AI architectures and technical solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery including development, APIs, deployment, and scaling.
- Build and integrate AI models into production systems using APIs.
- Optimize performance and scalability for high-volume workloads.
- Implement cloud-native AI solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Ensure CI/CD, monitoring, and best practices in deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive alignment.




- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.

Skills Required – Essential

- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering).
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Experience with NLP and Transformer architectures.
- Experience building production-grade APIs and scalable services.
- Performance optimization and scaling of high-volume systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- Production deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD experience.

Skills Required – Preferred

- Experience with Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
- Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, serverless architectures.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
