Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
The Senior
Architect will lead architectural design from concept through execution, including planning, detailing, and coordination of projects with internal teams, consultants, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design proposals, reviewing drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and guiding junior team members. The role also involves managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and contributing to design reviews to maintain quality and coherence across projects.
The Senior
Architect is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and actively participate in presentations and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience leading design projects from concept to completion.
- Experience in Integration of various building systems and disciplines, ensuring cohesive and functional project outcomes.
- Background in Software Development and use of digital tools relevant to architectural practice, such as CAD and visualization software.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Approximately 6 years of professional experience in architecture or related fields, preferably with exposure to complex or large-scale projects.
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, with solid collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, familiarity with local building codes and regulations, and a commitment to quality and sustainability.
