Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and business-minded Senior Architect to join our integrated architecture and real estate development firm. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and commercial viability. You will lead projects from initial site feasibility and conceptual design through zoning approvals, detailed construction documentation, and final handover.Unlike traditional design-only firms, you will work hand-in-hand with our internal finance, acquisitions, and construction management teams to maximize return on investment (ROI) while maintaining exceptional architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Feasibility: Conduct site analyses, zoning studies, and massing concepts to determine maximum allowable buildable area and evaluate financial feasibility.

Project Leadership: Manage the entire architectural project lifecycle from schematic design and design development to construction administration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with in-house development managers, estimators, and construction supervisors to align design layouts with budget constraints and market trends.

Entitlements & Approvals: Lead submissions to municipal bodies, and regulatory agencies to secure zoning variances and building permits.

Technical Quality Control:



Oversee the production of precise construction drawings, specifications, and materials schedules, ensuring compliance with building codes and accessibility guidelines.

Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior architects, draftsmen, and interns, while managing external structural and MEP engineering consultants.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Valid professional architectural license/registration (e.g., Council of Architecture in India).

Experience: 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a proven track record in multi-family residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Value Engineering: Strong knowledge of construction materials, local structural practices, and the ability to optimize designs for cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities to successfully coordinate between creative, financial, and construction stakeholders.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
