Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate architectural designs with interior, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits and site inspections.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure proper execution.
- Review site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
- Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with the design and execution teams.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout the project.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural,



structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.

Preferred Candidate We are looking for a professional who:
- Has strong residential and/or commercial project experience.
- Can independently handle projects from design development to site execution.
- Has good knowledge of Kerala construction practices and local materials.
- Can communicate confidently with clients and contractors.
- Has a strong eye for design, proportion, detailing, and aesthetics.
- Is organized, responsible, and committed to delivering quality work.
