Job Summary

Master Planning Studio is looking for an experienced and technically solid Senior Architect with 5 years of professional experience to join our team in Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs and preparing complete project documentation from Concept Design (CD) through Schematic Design (SD), Detailed Design (DD), BOQ and GFC documentation.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural detailing, working drawings, quantity estimation and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop Concept Design (CD), Schematic Design (SD) and Detailed Design (DD) drawings.
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings including plans, elevations, sections and details.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for architectural works.
- Develop drawings and documentation for tender and GFC stages.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, MEP, Infrastructure and Landscape teams.
- Review and coordinate drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability and design consistency.
- Prepare detailed architectural specifications and material details.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal project teams.




- Review drawings prepared by junior architects and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure timely completion of drawings and project deliverables.
- Participate in design discussions, client meetings and project coordination meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of CD, SD, DD, BOQ and GFC documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction practices.
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle architectural design and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
