Min. 5 yrs of experience in HIGHRISE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION (Only Apply)

Location : Indiranagar, Bangalore

Industry : Real Estate - Housing Construction Only

Expected Experience : 6-8 years

Notice Period : Immediate

Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch

Remuneration : 8 – 10 lacs per annum

Key Skills

1. experience in handling high rise projects with good understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
2. Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
3. Valuable statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
4. Preference for experience in developers office
5. Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
6. Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check
7. Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
8. Good Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office
