Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Pune (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Architect, you will lead and manage architectural and interior design projects while working closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and the project team.

- Lead the development of architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and office projects.
- Prepare and review detailed 2D and 3D drawings, working drawings, and design documentation.
- Develop design presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
- Conduct site visits, review measurements, and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Guide material, finish,



furniture, and fixture selections in line with the design concept.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, functionality, design quality, and execution feasibility.
- Resolve design and site-related issues during the execution stage.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
- Take responsibility for projects from concept development through design and execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, space planning, detailing, and project execution.
- Proficiency in relevant 2D/3D design and presentation software.
- Positive communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle project responsibilities and coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
