Work You’ll Do

Complex tax regulations and cross-border business operations can significantly influence the success of our clients’ organizations. Our approach blends technical knowledge, industry understanding, and innovation to support clients in managing their international tax obligations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with U.S.-based clients to deliver tax compliance and advisory services.
- Prepare and review international tax returns, tax computations, and related filings.
- Support international tax compliance engagements and tax accounting projects.
- Handle international tax forms including Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118, and related filings.
- Conduct research on U.S. international tax provisions and emerging tax developments.
- Coordinate engagement activities and manage deliverables within deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery.

Qualifications and ExperienceRequired

- Full-time MBA in Finance, M.Com, CA, CPA, EA, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- 3+ years of experience in U.S. Taxation.
- Experience in International Taxation is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118, and related international tax filings.
- Experience with tax software such as CSC Corptax or OneSource is preferred.
- Familiarity with recent U.S. tax reforms such as GILTI, BEAT, FDII, and Transition Tax is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment.
- PTIN is preferred for professionals involved in tax return preparation activities.
