Job Title : Senior Analyst - HR Operations Payroll (India)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Shift: General Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations for India employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and validate monthly payroll processing.
- Manage payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.
- Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve employee payroll, taxation, and settlement-related queries.
- Maintain payroll documentation, controls, and SOPs.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills:

- End-to-End India Payroll Processing
- Payroll Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Form 16, F&F;)
- Payroll Reconciliation & Audit Management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with HRIS/Payroll Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar)
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
