Job Summary

Role enables the analyst to coordinate activities related to Epic System. Analyzes, develops, configures and implements Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and related analytics on time with minimal supervision. Working closely with application teams to determine the business needs, document and configure system as per end user requirements.

Certification or proficiency in Epic module is must

Essential Responsibilities

- Hands on experience in Epic Beaker AP (Anatomic Pathology) or Epic Beaker CP (Clinical Pathology) workflows.
- Implementing and maintaining the Epic system along with associated third-party systems by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions.
- Responds to Service Requests and develops/maintains solid, positive working relationships with the end user community.
- Identify issues and develop recommendations for improved workflow and/or project design.
- Assist in planning/scheduling meetings and completing all necessary arrangements.
- Understanding multiple areas of hospital systems, including business/clinical information systems and technological aspects that affect the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
- Communicates effectively with management, steering committees, project sponsors,



and subject matter/technical experts and promotes a culture of performance excellence

Experience Required
- 3 6 years of experience as Epic senior analyst
- Proficiency or Certification in any Epic Beaker module is a must
- Analyzes, develops, configures, tests and implements Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and related analytics on time with minimal supervision
- Working closely with application teams to determine the business needs, document and configure in Epic per the requirements
- Build and Testing experience in various Beaker Sub areas (CP, AP, Sendouts, Instruments, DI)
- Experience with your lab workflows, regulatory requirements, integration points, and patient experiences
- Ability to convey technical information to client and promote understanding of relevant issues in Beaker AP/CP
- Direct client healthcare domain knowledge such as Clinical Lab workflows, and lab draw stations workflows
- Guide workflow design, build and test the system, and analyze other technical issues associated with Epic Beaker
- Clear understanding and adoption of change management processes and protocols.
