Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI QA Automation Engineer to develop and scale AI-enabled testing capabilities across digital platforms. The role will combine strong QA automation and SDET expertise with Generative AI/LLM technologies to improve test coverage, testing efficiency, defect analysis, and release quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile applications.
- Develop automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and REST Assured.
- Apply GenAI/LLM technologies for test case generation, test data creation, failure analysis, defect insights, and test optimization.
- Build Python, Java, or JavaScript utilities to integrate AI capabilities into QA workflows.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Analyze test results, logs, and telemetry to identify flaky tests and root causes.
- Improve automation coverage, stability, execution efficiency, and test prioritization.
- Contribute to test strategy, automation roadmap, and quality engineering practices.
- Explore and implement AI-driven testing techniques such as self-healing automation, LLM-based test generation, AI-assisted defect triaging, and flaky test detection.




- Collaborate with QA, Software Engineering, and DevOps teams to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.

Required Skills

- 5- 8 years of experience in QA Automation / SDET / Test Automation.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright.
- Strong experience in API Automation / REST Assured / Postman.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
- Experience testing Web and API applications, with Mobile/Desktop testing exposure preferred.
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to GenAI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or AI-assisted testing.
- Valuable understanding of Agile methodology, test strategy, automation frameworks, and Quality Engineering.

Good to Have

- Experience with AI-driven testing / self-healing automation.
- LLM-based test case generation or test optimization.
- AI-assisted test data generation.
- Experience with Azure Application Insights, logs, telemetry, or observability tools.
- Exposure to performance, reliability, or resilience testing.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and integrated systems.

Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
